The Epic pass had unlimited days at A basin and the Ikon will be limited to 7 or 5 with the base pass. It will definitely be less crowded. In my experience, A basin only has bad crowds during early and late season when it is one of the few resorts in the country that is open.Mid week pass at either of those places is the best value in Colorado. Loveland is a great place to progress at. For next season I purchased an ABasin pass and the Epic Local. Will probably get a Loveland 4 pack to split with friends if I want to add more variety.
